SECTION 1 - Shipping Providers

Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS depending on the quickest delivery method for your address. Once your order has shipped, you will get a confirmation email with tracking. Please note tracking can take up to 36 hours to show movement.

SECTION 2 - Shipping Costs and Locations

We ship within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. At this time, Zhiiva ships to a limited number of international locations. All international order shipments must be paid for by the customer, including any and all taxes and duties. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

You are welcome to place an order on zhiiva.com and ship to a forwarding service if you live outside the continental US. Please note Zhiiva absolves itself from any missing/damaged/undelivered items/packages once the order has been marked delivered to that forwarding service. Please contact your forwarding service directly for any issues related to your final delivery. Zhiiva delivers in-stock products and packages to continental US addresses within 7 business days. Please contact your forwarding service for estimated delivery times to direct to you.

SECTION 3 - Shipment Tracking

Should your package declare a delivery confirmation, but you are unable to locate it please reach out immediately to orders@zhiiva.com and we will be able to assist you. Any order reported missing 5 days after delivery receipt will not be eligible for a replacement, refund or resolution. Please do not file a claim directly for your missing package. Our Client Experience Team will be able to assist with this process. Filing a claim independently will affect your resolution process and may alter our ability to replace or refund your missing items.

SECTION 4- Shipment Timing/Cancellations/Changes

An order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed and have received an order confirmation. We are not able to make any exceptions. We are not able to edit or modify orders in any way after that have been placed, including the shipping address. If you have made mistake in your order, please email orders@zhiiva.com when you receive the order to work out a return or other solution.

All in-stock orders are processed as quickly as possible but can take up to 72 hours to ship. If you place an order after 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will be fulfilled on the that following Monday, excluding holidays. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays and holiday weekend or due to inclement weather. 

All pre-order purchased may take up to 1 months to ship. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed due to global supply chain issues or foreseen disruptions.
